The Need

In Addison, Carrollton, Coppell and Farmers Branch, there are over 20,000 seniors who depend on the programs and services we offer to people facing the challenges of aging. For over 30 years, we’ve been meeting the needs of seniors and caregivers. Meeting these needs will be even more critical as the population of senior adults continues to expand.

The Organization

Senior Adult Services is a non-profit organization that has been serving the communities of Addison, Carrollton, Coppell and Farmers Branch for over thirty years. Their mission: to improve the lives of seniors and caregivers facing the challenges of aging. SAS believes that the greatest impact can be made by giving seniors more choices, enhancing their independence by supporting family caregivers and involving the community in the delivery of services. Supportive services include home delivered meals, home modifications and transportation that help seniors live independently in their homes. Caregivers receive information, consultations and emotional support to enhance their ability to meet the needs of aging loved ones.
